Neobux - It's celebration time!

Another Announcement from Neobux in celebration of their 3rd birthday! They have added a few more features such as NeoPoints, earn commissions from Direct referrals, and fixed advertisements for advertisers. Exactly 3 year ago NeoBux went live in its pre-launch phase.

Born of a vision where everyone could earn and be happy about it, we had our share of issues due to all the changes in mentality we were offering.
Our birth was surrounded in controversial by those who couldn't see beyond the horizon and also for those who were feeling threatened by a true legitimate business. Too bad, we were here to stay.

Not only the vision was somehow ambitious but it was also very strong and bulletproof. The idea was also to prove that PTC wasn't an industry of thieves as it was until we dropped by but an industry that could grow into one of the most successful and truthful in the Internet.
Our model was available to everyone that wanted to join us in our business and I've personally did my share in helping others individually.

The problem was that I thought that others were like me and I couldn't be more wrong. In the past 3 years, all copied our body but not our soul. Moved by greed they made copies up to half-perfect but all failed by using methods that simply lead to a rotten degradation of everything. History proven that I've created a monster that, although it was working flawlessly here, it was being misused everywhere else. People began opening similar sites but forgot about the "PTC" part that is what drives us fully. They took a perfect idea and turned it into something illegal by using bots, not paying users, not paying taxes in their countries, etc. The list goes on and on as you know and, until this day, no one took my vision except for evil deeds.

Neobux Big Changes in Year 2011

As usual, I login Neobux account this morning to do the daily ads click there. But, to my surprise the click rate had been reduced to $0.001 instead of $0.01 per ad view. This applies only to Standard members, while upgraded members will still have the same click rate as before, only that their referral click value reduce by 50%. I noticed there are more ads to click now maybe because of the cheaper advertising package available and more people can afford it. Read here to see more details about Neobux.

Well, below are the announcement posted on Neobux to all members:

2011 started with a huge change in advertising and our commitment until the end of this year is to fulfill most of our advertiser's needs enhancing our premium services not only in quality but also in quantity.

Current situation
In the last 2 months (especially after the introduction of Micro ads) there was an unexpected and extremely beneficial growth in the amount of advertisers that use our services and we're very proud and happy about it because that's the confirmation we had that we can provide the desired high quality they seek. This exponential growth prescribes us to make the needed changes in order to make our services even better for those who actually pay our members.

The feedback from our advertisers shows that, while they are happy with the results they get, they are not satisfied with the fact that we offer permanent standard exposure advertisements for free, because they are even more effective than the majority of the ads they purchase. Additionally they are unhappy with the lack of an option for them to purchase a permanent exposure. We understand that they are actually right to consider that the current situation is somewhat unprofessional and we need to make changes to meet again the high quality standards that we always provide.

The solution
We could remove completely the permanent advertisement but we know that this would affect in a negative way the earnings of the users who have referrals. So, our marketing and financial teams worked out the best possible solution to unite effectively again the two worlds (advertisers and viewers). From now on we will offer a new type of exposure: The "Fixed exposure". This will replace the way we expose the current permanent advertisements with a new type of exposure which will offer a 5 seconds visualization per click in a permanent base. The click value will be the same as the current value of Micro exposure.
