| Brief Introduction: |
- You can only view ads using one IP address within a 24 hours period - thus, don't login at school, work or by using some kind of Proxy or VPN because usually the IP is the same for every Internet user and the computers may be accessed by other accounts already.
- To avoid account being permanently suspended, only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements - so, don't use shared computer to view ads
- You can only have direct referrals after being a member for at least 30 days and having at least 100 clicks
- In order to earn from your referrals' clicks, you need to click at least 4 ads (being a Standard member) or at least 9 ads (being a Golden member) on the previous day.
- If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have.
- Below is the direct referral limit base on respective membership:-
- You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount."
- For instance, if you make a purchase with Paypal only, you cannot request your earnings through Alertpay. You must request from the one that you used the most for making purchases.
- If you have not made any purchases, then you can make unlimited cashout out to any of the payment processor.
- This rule was implemented to abide by "European Anti Money Laundering Regulations". More info see HERE - You may request one payment at a time, and the request can be made at least 4 days apart. A processing fee might be deducted from the amount you withdraw depending on which payment processor you use and how much you requested.

- Commissions From Direct Referrals: If one of your direct referrals make a purchase, you'll have a 1% commission from that purchase credited to your main balance
Rules for receiving a commission from a direct referral:
- The purchase has to be made using any of their 3 payment processors.
- The purchase has to be made in an amount of $10 or higher.
- It will be available for purchases of any kind of service except for advertisement services.
- The commission will be credited to your main balance 90 days after the purchase.
- A commission will be canceled if the respective purchase is reversed for any reason and restored if the reversed purchase is also restored.
- A commission won't be credited after the 90 days if the user that made the purchase is not your referral anymore or has his/her account suspended.
- A commission won't be processed if the purchased service is under a promotional period or with a temporary discount. - NeoPoints - Earn for each advertisement seen regardless of the exposure type. You'll be able to convert your NeoPoints to purchase any of their services without paying anything extra. For example, if you have 1000 NeoPoints you can add $1 to your Rental Balance for free (conversion rate still to be decided, this is just an example). You'll soon have the chance to redeem your points in exchange for any service but until that's ready you can start collecting them by viewing advertisements.
